How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your chosen delivery interval, ensuring your products are delivered to your door after each successful renewal.

For example, with a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically each month, and your products will arrive on schedule—no need to manually place an order!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, absolutely! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can easily skip or reschedule a charge in the customer portal. For each scheduled delivery, there’s a “Skip Payment” button you can use to bypass the charge. To change the date, simply click the “Reschedule” button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Absolutely! You can easily add products to your subscription through the customer portal. Just click the "Edit" button on the product card to modify, remove, or add items to your subscription.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If your subscription can’t be renewed due to a payment issue, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

How to easily manage your SOLOMON subscription

Please take note of your subscription number. You will need to quote this number when communicating with us.

  • Use these buttons to add products and save subscription changes
  • Use these buttons to remove products from your subscription. Remember to save after making changes
  • Clicking this button will pause your subscription. No orders or payments will take place while your subscription is paused. This can be done at any time.
  • Clicking this button will cancel your subscription. No orders or payments will take place when your subscription is cancelled. This can be done at any time.

How to easily reactivate your SOLOMON subscription

Please take note of your subscription number. You will need to quote this number when communicating with us.

Clicking Reactivate my subscription will resume your subscritpion, as it was at the time of cancellation. Please carefully check the selected products, personal information and payment details to ensure that everything is correct.

You can modify or cancel your SOLOMON subscription anytime. There is no obligation. Unless you cancel or pause, subscriptions are renewed automatically.
