Manufactured to the highest standards and subjected to stringent quality control measures, we take immense pride in delivering superior skincare products. In the rare instance you're not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, we welcome you to return any skincare product within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Non-skincare products that arrive damaged will be replaced at our own cost. It's part of our commitment to ensure your complete satisfaction with every SOLOMON product.

Our promise does not extend to:

• Products that have been substantially used.
• Products and packaging that have been damaged due to misuse.
• Non-faulty / non-damaged combs, picks, shaving bowls, all brushes and sponges that you simply do not want.
• Bulk or excessive returns which, in SOLOMON’s sole judgment, abuse our return policy.

Please note that our promise of quality covers any product that arrives damaged

Return abuse

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at SOLOMON in all instances.

Skincare products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date they were delivered to you. Please note that it is your responsibility to cover the postage/shipping costs for the returned items unless the mistake is ours—if you received the wrong item or if the items arrived damaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or sent back to you.

Non-skincare products that arrive damaged must be reported within 30 calendar days from the date they were delivered to you. 

After we receive your RMA request, we aim to reply within two business days to proceed with an exchange or refund as needed. Following this, the replacement product is shipped or refund is issued the following business day and credited back to your original method of payment, subject to the processing times of your bank or credit card issuer. Please be aware that we offer exchanges solely for products that arrived damaged.
